Carl Skerloing Joins Northwest Autosport

Oregon – Carl
Skerlong, 2005 Formula TR 1600 Champion, completed a
very success test July 12th at Portland
International Raceway. With rain in the morning and very
“green” track conditions in the afternoon, Skerlong
consistently ran times competitive for the front of the pro
series grid.
Skerlong, driving a
Northwest Autosport prepared Pro Formula Mazda, tested with
a Northwest Autosports satellite team in preparation for
round 7 of the Star Mazda Championship next week in Portland
Oregon. This will mark Skerlongs second start in the Star
Mazda Championship series in 2006. Back in March he put
together an impressive qualifying effort starting from the 3rd spot and finishing 11th of 38 drivers who took
the green at Sebring.

P.I.R. with Ryan Justice driving the Northwest Autosport
